Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 38JL's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
38JL reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
You may close your Account at any time by contacting 38JL support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Wallet (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 38JL Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 38JL support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
